Discovered in Sochi: Unconventional Residential Construction - Rubber Apartment

In Sochi, Russia, a criminal case has been initiated against a 30-year-old local resident for the false registration of foreigners in the country. The Central District Police Department of the Sochi City Police Department is handling the case, which is an extension of an earlier incident involving the illegal registration of two Central Asian citizens.

The Sochi City Police Department confirmed the development in a statement issued by its press service. The incident involves the illegal registration of foreign citizens in Russia, an offense that allows these individuals to evade their legal obligations.

The case was initiated under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which pertains to the fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person in Russia. The actions of the Sochi resident, if proven true, create conditions for uncontrolled migration.

The illegal registration was discovered during an inspection by the district police officer of the Makarenko microdistrict. It is alleged that the 30-year-old resident illegally registered two Central Asian citizens at his residence, a move that allows them to remain in Russia without proper documentation.

However, during verification activities, the foreigners were not found at the specified address, indicating that the registration was indeed false. The necessary documents were submitted through the MFC, but the foreigners were not provided accommodation.

The Sochi City Police Department is working closely with the Central Asian embassies to resolve this matter. The 30-year-old Sochi resident has been charged under Article 322.3 of the Russian Criminal Code, but his name has not been publicly disclosed.

The maximum penalty for the offense is imprisonment for up to five years. The Sochi City Police Department is urging all residents to report any suspicious activities related to the registration of foreign citizens to the authorities.

The Sochi City Police Department is committed to maintaining law and order and ensuring that all residents, whether Russian or foreign, abide by the laws of the country. The department encourages everyone to respect the law and contribute to a safe and peaceful community.
