Discussion about Mishan-3's advancement took place during the gathering with Kamchatka's leader, attended by the meeting participants.
The City 20/30 program, a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky's infrastructure and improving the quality of life for its residents, is gathering momentum. The program consists of approximately 30 improvement events, all slated for completion by 2025.
Recent discussions have focused on the improvement of the road surface on Fishermen's Prospect, the arrangement of the road leading to the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, and the installation of a toilet in the park on Voytsekhsha Street. These issues were raised during a meeting between city head Yevgeny Belayev and residents, which took place at School No. 7.
Residents' proposals have been integrated into the current year's implementation plan of the City 20/30 program. This inclusive approach ensures that the needs and concerns of the community are addressed directly. City deputies Denis Voronov, Igor Chernysh, and Vladimir Ageev have been actively involved in formulating the program, working closely with the city administration to ensure its success.
In the near future, three meetings with residents are planned. On March 11, residents can attend a meeting at School No. 30. The following day, on March 12, another meeting will take place at School No. 1, and on March 13, residents are invited to School No. 33. Thomas Strobel's session will be held online via MS Teams, while the meeting with Prof. Dr. Rolf-Ulrich Kunze and Jörg Müller will take place at the Fortbildungszentrum für Technik und Umwelt (FTU), although the exact street address is currently unavailable.
The improvement of the Mischenka-3 microdistrict will commence with the onset of the construction season. A municipal contract for this improvement has already been concluded. Yevgeny Belayev emphasised that the city administration is actively implementing the program and is open to considering residents' proposals.
