SiGMA's Leadership Coaching Program Delivers Measurable Success

SiGMA, a leading iGaming company, has announced the success of its six-week leadership coaching program, designed to equip professionals with practical solutions that strengthen leadership capacity, boost productivity, and improve workplace wellbeing.

The program, developed by Volodymyr Yantsov, the L&D Manager at Sigma Software and a trainer at Sigma Software University, was led by founder Leo Judkins. SiGMA partnered with iGamingLeader for the initiative.

The practical orientation of the program ensured that strategies could be implemented straight away, generating quick wins and long-term change. The personalised approach made the content relevant across different roles, ensuring that every participant benefited from the program.

The program focused on building strategic thinking and resilience capacity for senior iGaming leaders. It included sessions on time-blocking, delegation, effective meetings, energy optimisation, and resilience building. Techniques such as time-blocking and focus strategies saw adoption rates of over 80 and 95 percent respectively.

Every respondent reported benefits from the program, with an average of 5.3 hours reclaimed each week. The financial analysis revealed a 6.6 times return on investment, with a payback period of less than two months.

One participant reported a personal impact, stating that the program helped them reclaim structure and time during a stressful period. The initiative reinforced SiGMA's culture by creating a culture where professional development is prioritised and openly supported.

The success of this first cohort has laid the foundation for more rounds of coaching, with refinements to increase impact and reach more members of the SiGMA team. SiGMA's commitment to people is a commitment to the future, with ongoing leadership training for SiGMA staff.

The SiGMA Group's leadership coaching program aimed to address two critical challenges of the modern workplace: sustaining high performance and retaining top talent. The coaching initiative has shown that when you prioritise staff development, the results are profound measurable gains in productivity, stronger leadership, and healthier teams.
