Event Dates Revealed for 2021 On-Site Trade Shows by ASI in Orlando and Fort Worth
The ASI Show, a prominent event for the promotional products industry, has announced its plans for a return later in 2021. The organisation is set to host a series of in-person trade shows and an ambitious lineup of virtual events.
The ASI Show Virtual Expo is scheduled to debut in January 2021, providing product sourcing and networking opportunities for members of the industry. This virtual event will deliver a steady stream of content and connections, aiming to bridge the gap created by the pandemic. Registration for the ASI Show Virtual Expo is now open, and it will be free for ASI distributor and decorator members.
In addition, a new ASI Show Virtual: Education Day has been announced for Thursday, October 15, from 1-4 p.m. ET. This event is also free for ASI members and registration is now open.
The in-person trade shows are scheduled to take place alongside the virtual events. ASI Show Orlando is set for Tuesday, March 30 (half-day education) through Thursday, April 1 (two exhibit days), at the Orange County Convention Center, West Building. ASI Show Chicago remains scheduled for Tuesday, July 27 (half-day education) through Thursday, July 29 (two exhibit days), at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
ASI Show Fort Worth is also on the schedule, taking place from Monday, May 17 (half-day education) through Wednesday, May 19 (two exhibit days), at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The safety of attendees is a top priority for the ASI Show. A comprehensive safety plan has been put in place for the in-person events, including temperature checks, adequate distancing, multiple entrances and exits, required face masks, hand sanitizer stations, and more.

The shows have been redesigned to provide optimum opportunities for suppliers and distributors to re-establish ties while succeeding safely in a reconfigured space.
