Expands Land Management Team at Stoel Rives' Anchorage Legal Office
Jonathon Roder, a seasoned professional with a decade of experience as a licensed land surveyor in Alaska, has joined the Environmental & Natural Resources Law practice group at Stoel Rives. Roder will be working in the firm's Anchorage office, starting from July 2, 2022.
Roder brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role as a Landman. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is proficient in performing land records research. His background in researching property records, coupled with his extensive experience in the field, makes him an invaluable asset to the team.
Throughout his career, Roder has honed his skills in various roles. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, he worked as a professional land surveyor with SurvBase and as a geodetic surveyor and assistant project manager with JOA Surveys.
At Stoel Rives, Roder will be assisting with due diligence reports concerning mineral transactions, mining permits, and title reports. His work will be instrumental in ensuring the firm's clients receive accurate and comprehensive information about their land and mineral rights.
