Explore the planetarium Kanena during its open remembrance day
On September 14, 2025, the Kanena Planetarium in Jena, Germany, will open its doors for a special event that invites the public to delve into the mysteries of the universe. Operated by the Förderverein Kanena-Planetarium Jena e.V., this event is part of the Heritage Day celebrations and offers a unique opportunity to explore the history of the Astronomical Station.
From 2 PM to 7 PM, visitors can freely explore and discover the architectural and cultural peculiarities of the Planetarium and the Karl-Kockel Observatory. The event is open to all, and registration is not required.
