FCB Appoints Tina Allan as Head of Global Data Science and Links Department
In a significant move to strengthen its focus on data and technology, Interpublic Group's (IPG) FCB has hired Tina Allan as the first Head of Data Science and Connections.
Tina Allan will join FCB in a leadership capacity, working closely with Susan Credle, the global Chief Creative Officer, and Nigel Jones, the global Chief Strategy Officer. Her duties include integrating the network's media operations, deepening FCB's connectivity with IPG's data and tech offerings, and leading the data science and connections department.
Allan's role at FCB also involves strengthening the agency's existing data and analytics delivery. She will report directly to FCB's worldwide CEO, Carter Murray, and will work with global CSO Nigel Jones.
One of the data and tech offerings that Tina Allan will work with is Kinesso, while another is Acxiom. Allan's responsibilities also include making new external data partnerships to further expand FCB's creative output.
Tina Allan brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously worked at Omnicom's BBDO New York. Her hiring is a reflection of FCB's priority on data and technology, as the agency aligns technology with creativity in its leadership structure.
