A 27-year-old German woman was taken into custody by the Federal Police at Aachen Central Station following an assault incident on platform three. The victim, a 53-year-old man from Austria, was reportedly bleeding from a head wound after the woman allegedly threw a bottle of spirits at him.

The incident was first reported to railway security personnel, who then alerted the Federal Police. Despite the assault, the victim wished to continue his journey and also sought medical treatment.

The suspect was initially allowed to leave the station after the report was taken, but was later located and taken into custody within the station area. Her breath alcohol level was measured at 2.44 per mille at the Federal Police station, leading to her arrest for suspected dangerous bodily harm.

The victim's cooperation played a crucial role in the suspect's capture. Further inquiries can be made at the Federal Police Directorate Sankt Augustin, or at the Federal Police Inspectorate Aachen. Bernd Küppers is the contact person at the latter, and contact details for the Federal Police Inspectorate Aachen include a phone number, email, Twitter handle, and physical address.

It is important to note that the 27-year-old woman arrested at Aachen main station is not named in the available sources. The police report mentions a 43-year-old woman arrested at that location with weapons and drugs, but there is no public information on a 27-year-old woman’s name related to that event.

The Federal Police took a blood sample from the suspect after a breath alcohol test. The investigation continues, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
