Festival finale in our city 2025 will have merchandise available for purchase on Sunday within the city
City Festival Kicks Off with Exciting Lineup
Get ready for an exciting city festival filled with music, dance, and fun! The event, which will run for an unspecified duration, promises to be a memorable experience for all.
The festivities will begin at high noon when the amusement mile opens its gates. Here, you can find thrilling rides such as a 40-meter high chain flyer, a giant Ferris wheel, and bumper cars that will surely get your adrenaline pumping.
For those who prefer a more laid-back atmosphere, the children's area, located on Friedrich-Ebert-Allee near the cinema, will open at the same time. This area is designed especially for the little ones, offering a variety of activities to keep them entertained until 6:30 PM.
At 11:45 AM, an ecumenical church service will take place on the Market Square, providing a moment of reflection and peace amidst the festivities.
The afternoon will be filled with captivating performances. At 12:00 PM, Söhrezappen will take the KLIMPERKASTEN Stage, followed by TSG our city Dance Groups at 2:30 PM and Tanz- und Musikschule ENjoy at 4:00 PM, all on the Market Square. At 4:45 PM, both GSV Eintracht our city Gymnastics & Dance Group 1+2 and Dance Studio Dance United Kassel will perform hip-hop shows on the Market Square and [34225] Stage, respectively.
As the sun begins to set, the music and dance performances continue. At 17:00, Tanz- und Musikschule ENjoy will perform on the Market Square Stage, and Heavens voices e.V will sing gospel songs on Stage [34225]. At 17:30, ROUGE will perform on the KLIMPERKASTEN Stage, leading up to the much-anticipated concert of Reiner Irrsinn & Band at 19:00. The Grossenritter Carnevals Gemeinschaft (GCG) will conclude the day's performances at 4:45 PM on the Market Square.
The city festival will also feature a ballet performance titled "Carmina Burana" at 1:30 PM on the Town Hall stage, and a Salsa Open Air Party at 18:00 on Stage [34225]. KLIMPERKASTEN, powered by DSV, will be the stage for various performances throughout the day.
