Fine of 30,000 rubles issued for inflicting an eye injury in Amga district
In a shocking turn of events, a minor was injured in the Amginsky district after a teenager accidentally discharged a pneumatic weapon in a park, located in one of the district's villages.
The incident left the victim with an injury in the eye area, causing immediate concern and prompt action from the local authorities. The perpetrator, who had not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility, was not charged criminally, but the police did take steps to hold the legal guardians accountable for their duties in raising the minor.
The legal guardians were found responsible for their failure to fulfil their obligations and were administratively sanctioned. Moreover, the prosecutor's office took the matter further by filing a lawsuit against them for compensation of moral damages.
The court ruled in favour of the injured party, awarding them 30,000 rubles in compensation. However, it appears that no information is currently available regarding the legal representatives of the injured party or those filing claims against the legal representatives of the shooter in the Amginsky Region.
