Fragrance Awards Highlights: Top 8 Lifestyle Choices That Won Over Our Judges, Ranging From Candles to Body Mists on Our Website
In the world of fragrances, the annual Fragrance Awards serve as a beacon of recognition for the most exceptional creations. This year, a panel of industry experts, including Alice de Parcq, Clemence Pelle, Nicola Bonn, and Suzy Nightingale, gathered to test scents, provide scores based on perfume family, innovation, longevity, and packaging.
Azzi, a perfume designer, captured the essence of childhood memories with her scented candle. Blending the aroma of Indian summers with the scent of rainy days in London, the candle evokes the sensation of wet earth and the electrifying moment when rain hits the pavement. When lit, it emits a glow through the stone and offers a relaxing aromatherapy blend with additional notes of eucalyptus, tea tree, jasmine, ripe citrus, mint, pine, and vetiver.
The winner of the Best Candle Design is ESPA's Bergamot and Jasmine natural wax candle, housed in a precious alabaster stone vessel. The candle, with its nuanced notes, was a delight to the judges, as commented by Suzy Nightingale.
The MALIN+GOETZ room spray, housed in a thick glass vessel, won the award for Best Room Spray. Utilising advanced odour-neutralising technology, it refreshes any area and reduces unsavoury odours, making it a versatile addition to any home.
Commune's Seymour Body Cream won the award for Best Scented Body Cream. The body cream deeply hydrates the skin and improves the look of blemishes and irritation, thanks to a potent cocktail of shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, vitamin E, jojoba seed oil, sweet almond oil, and rosehip oil.
The body mist winner is Sol de Janeiro, offering a heady blend of pistachio, jasmine, and salted caramel. The mist, which lingers all day long, is a delightful treat for the senses.
The NEOM Wellbeing Pod Mini+ Essential Oil Diffuser, a waterless, wireless device, won the award for Best Home Innovation. The device, which lasts incredibly well for a small device, allows users to take their wellness rituals on the go. With no risk of spills or mould, it aids textural irregularities and offers a calming pre-bedtime treat, thanks to the addition of lavender, camomile, and vetiver.
ARKIVE Headcare's range of hair and skin fragrances won the award for Best Hair Fragrance. Suzy Nightingale, one of the judges, commented that she was delighted by the design, longevity, and nuanced notes of the ARKIVE Headcare fragrance.
This Works Deep Sleep Beauty Oil won the award for Best Scented Body Oil, enriched with bakuchiol and sesquiterpenes to enhance skin's elasticity and smoothness.
Finally, NEOM's Wellbeing Pod Mini+ Essential Oil Diffuser took home another award, this time for Best Scented Candle. The 100% natural wax blend in a dark green glass vessel encapsulates the natural essence of rain hitting earth, making it a truly unique and captivating addition to any home.
The Fragrance Awards continue to celebrate the best in fragrance design, innovation, and craftsmanship, providing a platform for the world's most talented perfumers to showcase their creations.
