Garage blaze reported
On the evening of September 6th, a fire occurred at a garage on Roggendorfer Straße in Mechernich-Weißenbrunnen. The scene was quickly secured by the local police, and the fire department was promptly called to the scene.
The garage was completely engulfed in flames and was destroyed as a result of the fire. The roof of an adjacent shed also suffered damage from the blaze. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
The fire was extinguished by the fire department, and the area was cordoned off until 23:45 for investigations. Investigators from the Euskirchen police are currently working to determine the cause of the fire.
