The city of Waukegan is set to host a unique and exciting event this Saturday, as the World's Largest Rubber Duck makes its Chicago area debut at the "Duck Fun Day."

Taking place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the event will be held at the picturesque Waukegan Harbor and Marina, located at 55 S. Harbor Place. This special day is being organised to celebrate the South Marina's 40th anniversary, promising a fun-filled day for all ages.

The main attraction of the day will undoubtedly be the 10-foot-tall rubber duck, affectionately named "Timmy," but that's not all. The World's Largest Rubber Duck, which stands over 60-feet tall, is also scheduled to make an appearance. This impressive floating sculpture was created by the Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, the same artist who brought us the famous "Mama Duck."

In addition to the giant rubber ducks, various duck-themed activities will be offered throughout the day. Visitors can enjoy live music, a lighted boat parade, and the delicious offerings from food trucks that will be on site.

So, get ready to quack up a storm at the "Duck Fun Day" in Waukegan Harbor and Marina this Saturday! It's an event you won't want to miss.
