Manhattan Corporation Discovers Promising Gold and Base Metals at Underexplored Hook Lake Project

Manhattan Corporation, an emerging player in Canadian gold exploration, has made a significant discovery at its Hook Lake project in Nunavut, Canada. The project, located within the same Archean greenstone belts as Agnico Eagle's Meliadine Mine and B2Gold's Back River Gold Project, offers exposure to both gold and base metals (copper, zinc) through the VMS systems identified across the property.

The Hook Lake project hosts the Jaws gold deposit, with a historical non-JORC compliant resource estimate of 3.4Mt @ 2.38g/t Au (~285,000 oz Au). Manhattan Corporation has discovered promising VMS showings at the Skyfall prospect, located near the primary Jaws gold deposit. The Jaws Deposit remains open in all directions, presenting significant exploration upside.

Manhattan Corporation has been employing modern exploration techniques, including the first-ever high-resolution magnetic survey, to efficiently target high-priority drilling locations. The first high-resolution fixed-wing aircraft magnetometer survey at the Hook Lake area was conducted by the Corporation to achieve detailed geological mapping for resource exploration or environmental assessment. The first results are expected to be published shortly after the survey’s completion, typically within several months.

The Corporation discovered extensive mineralised quartz veining spanning 4.7 kilometers along a prospective shear zone. Previously untested gold-bearing vein systems were found at the Quantum & Lotus targets. These findings indicate a high-grade discovery potential and a district-scale opportunity for the Corporation.

The project's strategic location offers additional advantages. It is situated near Hudson Bay and the proposed Kivalliq Hydro-Fibre Link, providing access to strategic infrastructure.

Manhattan Corporation represents a compelling investment opportunity due to its significant resource potential, high-grade discovery potential, district-scale opportunity, modern exploration approach, and dual commodity exposure. Previous metallurgical test work conducted by Lakefield Research in 1989 demonstrated excellent gold recovery rates of 94.6%.

Investors should keep a close eye on developments, particularly the upcoming assay results expected in September from the maiden fieldwork campaign at the Hook Lake project. A planned maiden drilling campaign is targeted for April 2026 following comprehensive geophysical surveys.

With its discovery of significant mineralised outcrops beyond known zones, Manhattan Corporation has positioned itself as an emerging player in Canadian gold exploration, with significant upside potential due to the high-grade nature of the Jaws deposit and multiple untested targets across the Hook Lake Project.
