Goldwin 0 Unveils S/S 2025 Collection: A Fusion of Performance and Fashion

Goldwin 0, an offshoot of the historic Japanese outdoor label Goldwin, has launched its S/S 2025 collection. Helmed by designer Nur Abbas, who previously worked at Gucci, Maison Margiela, Louis Vuitton, Yeezy, Nike ACG, and more, the collection offers a creative refresh with a new logo and a focus on experimental performance wear.

The S/S 2025 collection draws inspiration from the colors and landscapes of Oregon, where Portland serves as the hometown of Abbas and the backdrop for the collection's campaign. The campaign features real-world, occasionally surreal scenes, such as models crouching behind cling-wrapped cars and wading through pools of water, capturing the collection's unique aesthetic.

The collection showcases satisfying moments of strangeness, with futuristic curving seams and pockets, offbeat color combinations, and prints inspired by the naturally occurring 'mathematical patterns' found in rock formations. A standout piece is a GORE-TEX 3-layer shell jacket, constructed from a single panel of fabric, demonstrating Goldwin's commitment to innovation.

Goldwin 0's S/S 2025 collection also introduces a new fabric, Pertex® Equilibrium, providing lightweight protection from wind and rain. The garments incorporate breathable vents for the S/S 2025 season, ensuring athletes stay cool during their activities.

The collection represents something more tangible, translating Goldwin's 70-year history into contemporary garments. Abbas joined Goldwin as designer-in-residence for A/W 2023 and now holds a permanent role as design director. The S/S 2025 collection is available from today at Goldwin's stores worldwide, including Ssense.

In addition to outfitting expeditions up Everest and international ski teams since its founding in 1951, Goldwin continues to push the boundaries of performance wear with its Goldwin 0 line. The S/S 2025 collection marks another step forward in this journey, offering a blend of fashion and function for the active individual.
