Government offices join in commemorative public event
On Sunday, September 14, 2025, Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt will play host to the annual Heritage Day (Erbe-Tag) event. This year marks the 32nd edition of this significant event, which has been coordinated by the German Foundation for Monument Protection since 1993.

Approximately 6,000 monuments were involved in the Heritage Day event in 2024, and this year is expected to be no different. The Palais am Fürstenwall, located at Hegelstraße 42, 39104 Magdeburg, is one of these significant properties.
The current Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt, Reiner Haseloff, will continue in office during the Heritage Day event in Magdeburg on this date. Mr. Haseloff has his official seat in the Palais am Fürstenwall.
