Green Valley Ranch Returns to Las Vegas Poker Scene on Dec 15
Green Valley Ranch is set to rejoin the Las Vegas poker scene, following the reopenings of Caesars and Planet Hollywood. The return of these poker rooms has been eagerly awaited after their closures during the pandemic.
Green Valley Ranch's poker room will resume operations later this year, marking its comeback since shutting down in 2020 due to COVID-19. The reopening date has been confirmed for December 15th. The room will be non-smoking and situated near the sportsbook, featuring 16 tables, a reduction from the previous 22.
The reopening was reported by John Mehaffey at Vegas Advantage, putting an end to months of speculation. The new poker room will be part of a $200 million property remodel, boasting new tables, chairs, and TVs. It will also be the only poker room in suburban Henderson, making it the 20th live poker room in the Las Vegas Valley.
Cash games and tournaments will resume at the poker room, but updates on the regular Saturday morning $50 daily tournament are still awaited. Meanwhile, another poker room, Poker Palace in North Las Vegas, will close at the end of this month, bringing the total number of rooms back to 19.
The return of Green Valley Ranch to the Las Vegas poker scene is a significant development. With its reopening on December 15th, poker enthusiasts will have one more venue to enjoy their favorite game. The new poker room's features and location promise an enhanced gaming experience.
