Mainz 05's UEFA Conference League Group Stage Schedule Unveiled
Mainz 05, the German football club, has revealed its schedule for the group stage of the UEFA Conference League 2025/2026. The draw for the group stage took place on the 29th of August in Monaco.
The group stage will consist of nine matches, with Mainz 05 playing six games at home and three away. The club will have the home advantage against AC Florence (Italy), Samsunspor (Turkey), and Zrinjski Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina). Meanwhile, their away games will be against Omonia Nicosia (Cyprus), Lech Poznan (Poland), and Universitatea Craiova (Romania).
Mainz 05 will face each opposing team once in the group stage, ensuring a diverse and challenging competition. The club will play against teams from Italy, Turkey, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cyprus, Poland, and Romania.
The group stage matches for Mainz 05 will take place between the 2nd of October and the 18th of December. The exact dates and times for these matches are yet to be announced, but the match schedule and kick-off times will be published by UEFA latest by Sunday.
Mainz 05's home games will kick off on the 28th of August against Rosenborg BK, followed by matches against AC Florence, Samsunspor, and Zrinjski Mostar. The away games are scheduled for the 2nd of October against Omonia Nicosia, the 27th of November against Universitatea Craiova, and the 11th of December against Lech Poznań. The final home game of the group stage will be played on the 18th of December against Samsunspor.
The club will have six matches until the winter break in the group stage. Mainz 05 is eager to make a strong start in this competition and secure a place in the knockout stages.
