"Health Festivity": An event focusing on wellness
On the 5th of September, the annual health festival "Feel Good Coerde" will take place at Franziskushaus, Schneidmühle Street 23 in Coerde, Münster. Organised by the health department and the mayor's office of the city of Münster as part of the "Coerde-Future" process, this event promises a day filled with health-focused activities, information, and entertainment.
From 12 PM to 6 PM, participants can enjoy a variety of offerings designed to promote well-being and healthy living. Food and drinks will be provided free of charge, making it an accessible event for all.
Health check-ups such as blood pressure measurement and hearing tests will be available throughout the day, offering attendees the opportunity to take a proactive approach to their health. Information stands covering topics like medical care, health insurance, pregnancy and childbirth, child health, care, mental health, exercise, nutrition, and offers specifically for women will also be present.
For the younger attendees, a teddy clinic will be available, allowing children to playfully examine and treat their stuffed animals. Sports stations, including a boxing ring and a bouncy castle, will provide opportunities for participants to get active and have fun.
From 3 PM, a stage program will commence, adding an exciting element to the festival. The day's events will culminate at 6 PM, marking the end of another successful "Feel Good Coerde" health festival.
Mayor Markus Lewe encourages everyone to participate in the event, emphasising its importance in promoting health and well-being within the community. Interpreters will be available to facilitate participation for non-German speakers.
A raffle with prizes will also be held during the festival, adding an extra layer of excitement to the day. With its comprehensive range of activities and information, the "Feel Good Coerde" health festival is not to be missed.
