Brad Pitt Acquires $12 Million Mansion in Hollywood Hills

Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt has added another luxurious property to his real estate portfolio, purchasing a stunning mansion in the exclusive Outpost Estates enclave of the Hollywood Hills for $12 million.

The mansion, initially listed for sale in June for just under $14 million, offers breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles all the way to the Pacific Ocean. The property, which was previously owned by Dave Keuning and his wife Emilie, was purchased for nearly $9.6 million in 2021.

The mansion, originally erected in 1989, boasts a double-height foyer with wood-beam ceilings and arched doorways, six bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. The primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city-to-ocean views, an en suite bathroom fit with a black-and-white marble bathtub and a sleek glass standing shower, and ample existing security features.

The mansion also offers a range of high-end amenities, including a pool, a fire pit, a home theater, and a vegetable garden. The hand-laid brick motor court of the mansion is situated behind a security entry, providing added privacy and peace of mind.

Pitt's latest acquisition comes after the burglary of his nearby $5.5 million home in June. The mansion he has purchased is pre-wired with a state-of-the-art alarm system for added protection.

It's worth noting that Pitt co-owns the Château Miraval winery in France, but his real estate acquisitions in California are growing. In addition to the Hollywood Hills mansion, Pitt has already sold his other longtime compound in Los Feliz for $33 million and purchased a clifftop home in Carmel Highlands for $40 million.

Despite the mansion's luxurious features and prime location, the search results do not contain information about the person who mediated the acquisition. Nonetheless, Pitt's latest purchase is sure to add another stunning property to his impressive real estate collection.
