In an exciting development for the tourism industry in Sverdlovsk Oblast, three new hotels are set to be built along the M-12 highway. The investor for this project is the "Arenda 720" company, who have estimated the cost of renovating existing buildings and constructing these hotels to be 660 million rubles.

Contrary to reports, these new hotels will not be located in the village of Novopyshkinskoe, nor will they be part of the "Arenda 720" company's project there. Instead, the village of Novopyshkinskoe will see the transformation of the former "Metallurg" sanatorium and "Voshod" pioneer camp into hotel apartments and a glamping park with 41 guest villas, a project led by the RCZ Group.

The new hotels along the M-12 highway, however, will offer facilities for restoring both physical and mental health of guests. This is a departure from the Novopyshkinskoe project, which is expected to attract mass tourism due to its spa and detox center, but will not have similar facilities.

According to Dmitry Ionin, Deputy Governor and Minister of Investments and Development of Sverdlovsk Oblast, the new hotels along the M-12 highway are expected to create 168 new jobs. The exact number of jobs to be created from the Novopyshkinskoe project is not specified in the article.

The new hotels will be a welcome addition to the city-level service offered along the M-12 highway, further boosting tourism and economic growth in the region. The location of these hotels along the highway is not specified in the article.
