Illegal Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Without a Valid License
In Bergheim-Glessen, Germany, on Wednesday evening, a 35-year-old man was arrested by the Rhein-Erft-Kreis Police for driving under the influence of alcohol and without a valid driver's license.
