Intense Drone Strikes Launched Against Odessa District by Russian Forces
In the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, intense fighting continues, with reports of Russian attacks causing casualties. According to the General Staff of Ukraine, Russian forces are attempting to break through Ukrainian defenses near Kupiansk in the Lyman-Kupiansk direction.
In the areas of Pokrovsk and Dobropillya, airstrikes and missile strikes have been reported, resulting in at least one death and two injuries on August 30. However, it's important to note that no injuries have been reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Meanwhile, in the town of Chernomorsk, the situation appears to be more severe. Oleg Kiper, the head of administration, has announced that Chernomorsk and its surroundings are the most affected areas. Private homes and administrative buildings in Chernomorsk have been damaged, and critical infrastructure is currently operating on generators due to power outages.
It's reported that over 29,000 subscribers have been left without power. One injured person has been reported in Chernomorsk.
The Russian Chief of Staff has stated that Russia will continue the war, but the General Staff of Ukraine has reacted to Russia's report on the results of its summer offensive. The current status of Kupiansk, Pokrovsk, and Dobropillya in the Dnipropetrovsk region is not specified in the report.
