This program is designed to attract international talents and position Offenbach County as a pioneer in the integration and promotion of foreign skilled workers.
According to the Residence Act, a "skilled worker" is defined as a person with domestic or equivalent foreign vocational training, or a recognized academic degree. The county's Skills Department, led by Shafique Kamal, is spearheading this initiative.
