Interplay of Dance and Melodic Artistry
The cultural office of Lünen is organising a unique three-day event titled "Dance Meets Music" on October 23 and 24, 2025. This workshop, a companion program to Pulse Lab, invites young people aged 12 to 18 to unfold their creative expression in a playful and experimental setting.
The "Dance Meets Music" workshop will take place at the Bürgerzentrum Gahmen (Kuemperheide 2, 44532 Lünen). Professional musicians, composers, sound artists, choreographers, dancers, and performers are invited to participate.
Participants will be divided into randomly assembled teams, bringing together musicians and dancers to explore new forms of expression. The focus of the workshop is on the artistic process, dialogue, and the experimental interaction of different disciplines.
Registration for the "Dance Meets Music" workshop can be done at kltrbrlnnd. Participants should bring comfortable clothing, socks, and possibly their own instrument to the workshop.
Participation is based on application and will be compensated with a fee, but travel and accommodation costs are not included. The application deadline for the workshop is yet to be announced.
In addition to the Pulse Lab #6, there is also a youth workshop called "Dance Meets Music" in Lünen. The Pulse Lab #6 workshop, scheduled for October 2025, focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration at a professional level.
