Introducing Google's Pixel 10 Series: Upgraded Displays, Enhanced Audio, and Magnetic Charging Technology

The tech giant, Google, has unveiled its latest offering in the Pixel series - the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the groundbreaking Pixel 10 Pro Fold. These four models, each boasting unique features, are designed to cater to various needs and preferences of tech enthusiasts.

Let's delve into the details of each device.

The Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro sport a refined design, crafted from spacecraft-grade aluminium and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Both devices are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability even in challenging conditions.

The Pixel 10 features a 6.3-inch Actua OLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2424 and a peak brightness of 3000 nits. On the other hand, the Pixel 10 Pro boasts a 6.3-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED panel with a higher resolution of 1280 × 2856 and variable refresh rates. The Pixel 10 Pro XL offers a larger 6.8-inch Super Actua LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 1344 × 2992 and a peak brightness of 3300 nits.

The Pixel 10 Pro XL also stands out with its impressive battery capacity of 5200mAh, providing a quoted 30-plus hours of use. The Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are equipped with 4970mAh and 4870mAh batteries, respectively. All three models support wired charging at 55% in 30 minutes with a 30W PPS USB-C charger, and wireless charging at up to 15W with Pixelsnap.

The Pixel 10 series also introduces a new triple camera array. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL feature a 48MP wide sensor, 48MP ultrawide with autofocus, and 48MP 5x telephoto. The Pixel 10 Pro XL offers additional features such as 100x Pro Res Zoom and 8K video capture.

The star of the show, however, is the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. This device, described as the most robust foldable smartphone to date, boasts a 6.4-inch outer display and an expansive 8-inch inner display with a peak brightness of 3000 nits. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold uses aerospace-grade aluminium and re-engineered Super Actua Flex inner display with ultra-thin glass and dual anti-impact layers.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold offers unique fold-specific shooting tricks such as Instant View, Dual Screen Preview, Rear Camera Selfie, and tabletop mode for astrophotography and timelapses.

Google has ensured that the Pixel 10 series is not just durable but also environmentally friendly. Each handset uses recycled materials and is backed by seven years of OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates.

Pre-orders for the Pixel 10 series are open now, with the phones set to hit shelves on 28 August through the Google Store and retail partners. The Pixel 10 Pro XL offers storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, while the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is available in Moonstone and Jade hues. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is available to pre-order now, with a release date set for 9 October.

Lastly, Google's new Tensor G5 processor and Titan M2 security coprocessor are used across the Pixel 10 series, ensuring smooth performance and top-notch security.
