Investigation Underway: Ulm - Collaborative Statement from the Prosecutor General's Office and Police Department Suspects under scrutiny

In a recent development, the Ulm Police Headquarters, led by Thomas Hagel, executed a search warrant early on a chilly Wednesday morning. This action was taken following the discovery of several cans of construction foam in the residence of a 20-year-old, which had been reported by their colleagues in the Berlin region.

The search warrant was issued by the Ulm Public Prosecutor's Office, and during the apartment searches, investigators found other evidence in addition to the cans of construction foam. The three individuals, aged 20, 17, and 18, who were controlled during the police measures in the Berlin region, originate from the Ulm region. Unfortunately, these individuals managed to escape after the police measures were taken.

This incident follows a series of vehicle damage cases that occurred last week in Ulm and the neighboring Alb-Donau district, where numerous vehicles were damaged by construction foam. The investigation findings led the Ulm Public Prosecutor's Office to apply for the search warrant.

At this moment, there is no publicly available information about the person wanted by the Ulm police in connection with these incidents. For further inquiries, the Ulm Police Headquarters can be contacted at 0731/188-1111 or via email at [email protected]. The Ulm Public Prosecutor's Office can also be reached at 0731/189-1441, with Michael Bischofberger being the contact person.

The investigations by the Ulm Public Prosecutor's Office and the Criminal Police continue, and the public is encouraged to visit the official police website at http://www.polizei-bw.de/ for more information. The Ulm Police Headquarters assures the public that they are doing everything in their power to bring those responsible to justice.
