Jackson remains at FC Bayern, defying Chelsea's efforts to terminate his tenure.

Nicolas Jackson's anticipated move to FC Bayern Munich seems to have hit a snag, as Chelsea's transfer veto has put the loan deal on hold. The striker, who is currently in Munich, Germany, arrived on Saturday evening for a medical check that was followed by a planned contract signing with Bayern.

According to reports from ntv.de, an agreement had been reached on a loan fee of 15 million euros for Jackson's transfer to Bayern. The deal includes an option to buy for the following season. However, Chelsea's decision to veto the transfer has caused a delay.

The injury of Liam Delap, a player from Chelsea, has also played a role in the hold-up. Delap is likely to be out for several weeks due to a muscle injury, which may have complicated the negotiations.

Senegalese journalist Papa Mahmoud Gueye reports that Jackson's side has rejected Chelsea's demand. This rejection is reportedly due to Jackson's strong desire to join Bayern. The buy-out clause for Jackson at Chelsea was set at 65 million euros.

Talks between Jackson's representatives and Chelsea's decision-makers are scheduled for Sunday morning. However, Jackson's agent, Diomansy Kamara, has stated on Instagram that they are not going back to Chelsea and that the plane isn't going back to London.

Bayern's sporting director Max Eberl stated that Chelsea informed them that they want Jackson back after they had agreed yesterday. This sudden change of heart has caused confusion in the negotiations.

The supervisory board of FC Bayern Munich has only approved a loan deal for Jackson's transfer. The deal, if it goes through, will provide Bayern with much-needed reinforcements in attack due to numerous departures.

The deal is not yet definitively off, according to Sky transfer expert Florian Plettenberg. It remains to be seen how the talks between Jackson's representatives and Chelsea will unfold on Sunday.
