Justin Bieber Unveils Plans for Midnight Launch of 'Swag II'
Justin Bieber is set to release his eighth studio album, "Swag II," tonight at midnight. This will be the second album of the year for the pop sensation, marking a significant milestone in his career.
The debut of "Swag" in July was a remarkable achievement for Bieber, setting a new record for the best streaming debut of his career with 198.77 million streams. The lead single, "Daisies," from the same album opened at Number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, a strong start for the album that ended his six-album streak of Number One debuts.
The production for "Swag II" was handled by a team of talented co-producers, including Carter Lang, Dylan Wiggins, Eddie Benjamin, Dijon, Daniel Chetrit, and Mk.gee. Justin Bieber himself also worked on engineering some tracks.
In July, THR broke the news about the release of Bieber's first album, "Swag." The album featured collaborations with artists such as Gunna, Cash Cobain, and Sexyy Red. Cobain worked with Bieber earlier this year in New York on an unspecified project. Cash Cobain spoke with THR about his appearance on Justin Bieber's album in July.
As for "Swag II," no track list, producers, or potential guest artists have been shared yet. However, Bieber has been sharing several Instagram posts about the project, including its album artwork and billboards advertising the upcoming release.
This will be the first time in Bieber's career that he is releasing two albums in the same calendar year. His last album was released four years ago, making 2025 a prolific year for the singer.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of "Swag II," hoping to see another successful chapter in Justin Bieber's music career. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting release.
