The Lady in Red, a unique brand ambassador, welcomes guests in each Kempinski Hotel worldwide. She works closely with colleagues in the Front Office, Food & Beverage department, and concierge to ensure a seamless stay. Benedikt Jaschke, Chief Quality Officer, describes her as a local expert who knows everything about the hotel and destination.
Petra Portilla, Lady in Red at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich, shares that Ladies in Red are approachable, attentive, and discreet, ready to add magic to a guest's stay. They come from diverse backgrounds and over 30 countries, with some Gentlemen in Red also present, totalling more than 150 representatives.
The Lady in Red position was created ten years ago to replace the old-fashioned guest relations role, seeking a unique and iconic personality. To celebrate this milestone, Kempinski Hotels will host birthday activities from January 17 to 26, 2020.
