Lamborghini's latest offering, the Fenomeno, outshines the Revuelto with its aggressiveness
New Lamborghini Fenomeno Unveiled: Limited-Run V12 Hybrid Super Sports Car
Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled the Fenomeno, a limited-edition super sports car, at The Quail event during Monterey Car Week in California. The Fenomeno is a unique creation, with only 29 units set to be produced, making it an ultra-exclusive offering.
The Fenomeno shares some similarities with the Revuelto in terms of its exterior design, but it also boasts several distinctive features. The front end is adorned with slim LED headlights, a vented bonnet, oversized extraction outlets, a custom bumper, and a colour-matched splitter stripe. The side features reworked bodywork, massive intakes behind the doors, and a slammed stance. At the rear, the Fenomeno showcases a carbon-fibre engine cover, fresh bodywork, quad centre-exit exhausts, and Lamborghini's signature Y-shaped tail-lights. Inside, the Fenomeno features a digital cockpit, a floating centre screen, and a passenger display, similar to the Revuelto.
Under the hood, the Fenomeno is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 hybrid engine. The engine has been retuned to deliver 613kW, up from the Revuelto's 606kW. The hybrid system peaks at 794kW/1075Nm, a 48kW increase over its donor car. This powerhouse propels the Fenomeno from 0 to 100km/h in an astonishing 2.4 seconds, a tenth quicker than the Revuelto. The Fenomeno reaches a top speed of 350km/h.
The Fenomeno's electric-only running range has been increased to 20km, and it is equipped with a 7kWh battery, providing extra electric power. The Fenomeno's pricing starts at approximately €3 million (about NZ$5.9m).
Given its limited production run and exclusive status, obtaining an allocation for the Fenomeno may prove challenging. However, for those who can secure one, they will be the proud owners of a truly unique and high-performance Lamborghini.
