Launch Date for The VIP Farm?
On October 12, two highly anticipated shows will make their return to Mexican television screens. Azteca Uno will premiere the reality show "La Granja VIP" at 8:00 PM, while Televisa will debut the new season of "¿Quién es la Máscara?" on the same day.
"La Granja VIP" will feature a diverse group of celebrities living unique experiences surrounded by challenges and tasks. The show's production is by Fremantle, a company with a proven track record in this format in various countries. Adal Ramones will return as the main host, accompanied by Kristal Silva. The jury members for this season will be Linet Puente, Flor Rubio, and Lola Cortés, with the latter expressing her excitement about participating in the show.
The challenges for the celebrities will test their resilience as they are taken out of their comfort zones and plunged into rural life, isolated from the outside world and under constant surveillance of cameras. The celebrities will be in an environment without glitz, spotlights, cell phones, or comforts, as they herd cows, repair fences, carry wood, harvest, and clean stables.
The show aims to test the participants' resistance by taking them out of their bubble. Each week, the public will decide the exit of one of the celebrities. Omar Chaparro will lead "¿Quién es la Máscara?", with a panel of investigators including Anahí, Carlos Rivera, Juanpa Zurita, and Ana Brenda Contreras, who will make her debut in the "¿Quién es la Máscara?" format.
The first revealed name for "La Granja VIP" is Alfredo Adame, a controversial figure in Mexican television. Mallezaa will manage the digital part of the show. "Azteca: La Granja VIP" is set to run for 10 weeks, promising an exciting and unpredictable journey for both the celebrities and viewers.
