Launch of Pilot Project " Otbasi bank " in Kosy Town
In a significant development for the Akmola Region, the city of Kosshy has become the first to implement the pilot project "Otbasy Bank". This project, which is not a pilot for the "Yntymak" residential complex, is setting new standards for housing policy in the region.
The "Yntymak" residential complex, a new development in Kosshy, is composed of one nine-story building and three five-story buildings, housing a total of 549 apartments. Of these, 103 are reserved for shareholders and 70 are intended for socially vulnerable families.
This is not the first time Akmola Region has shown such housing results in the past seven years. Over the past two years, nearly 4,800 families have been provided with housing in the region, including more than 1,500 from socially vulnerable categories.
The "Yntymak" residential complex is not part of the "Otbasy Bank" project, but it is related to the same bank and the same city. Today, 371 apartments are being transferred to the representative office of 'Otbasy Bank' in Kosshy.
The director of the regional branch of "Otbasy Bank" has stated that the project in Kosshy will serve as an example for other regions. In total, 560 families in Kosshy will be provided with housing through this project. Of these, 261 families will receive rental housing with the right to purchase, and 110 will receive apartments under the credit program.
The Akim (local governor) believes that the integrated approach used in the "Yntymak" residential complex allows for simultaneous solutions to multiple issues: providing housing for applicants, supporting socially vulnerable families, and resolving issues of defrauded shareholders.
Akmola Region is currently among the leaders in the country in implementing housing policy. Kosshy has become the testing ground for a new system that will allow thousands of families across the country to acquire their own home. The representative of the bank expresses confidence that all obligations related to the "Yntymak" residential complex will be fulfilled by the end of the year.
The "Yntymak" residential complex in Kosshy is an example of a new system aimed at providing housing for families. This development is significant for demonstrating the effectiveness of the updated system, and it is hoped that it will pave the way for similar projects in other regions.
