The ideal candidate should possess a minimum Practice Qualification Experience (PQE) of 4-6 years and have in-depth knowledge and working experience with respect to Land laws, Municipal Laws, Transfer of Property Act, 1882, Registration Act, 1908, Indian Stamp Act, 1899, Orissa Land Reforms (OLR) Act, 1960, Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982, and other related laws.
The candidate is expected to conduct title diligence, render opinions, advise, structure real estate transactions, draft, negotiate, finalize, and procure registration of legal documents. They should also be capable of interacting with Revenue Officers, Office of the Sub-Registrar, and other government authorities for clients' work.
The candidate must be proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English and Odia. The remuneration for the position is as per market standards.
