The Sparkasse Hohenlohekreis, a financial institution with 17 branches across the Hohenlohekreis district, is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for the role of Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be based in the Doezbach and Mulfingen branches.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including customer advice and support, organisation and coordination, representation, and communication. The role also involves acquiring real estate mediation and mortgages, and advising private customers on financing, including modernization and renovation.
Quick understanding and adaptability are essential to enable the Branch Manager to quickly adapt to new challenges and circumstances. The job holder should be a successful sales professional with a strong desire and skill to sell and acquire.
Good contact and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with customers and partners. Involving specialists and partner institutions as needed is required to optimally support customers. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for initiating and accompanying mortgage advice in close coordination with specialists.
The position requires a completed degree in banking or a willingness to acquire this qualification. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of the cooperative and service business to manage complex requirements.
Holistic advice on all products and successfully implementing Sparkassen financial concepts is part of the job. The Branch Manager will also be expected to organise and coordinate daily business, represent the branch externally, and advise customers on products and services.
The Branch Manager position is graded according to EG 9a TVöD + functional allowance. A friendly and accommodating manner is required to create a positive atmosphere and build relationships.
