Live Streaming of Premier League Soccer: Watch Man United battle against Burnley from any location
Manchester United's clash with Burnley in the English Premier League (EPL) is set to take place on Saturday, August 30, at Old Trafford. However, UK viewers may miss out on the live broadcast due to the traditional Saturday 3 p.m. kickoff blackout.
But fear not, EPL fans! There are several options available for watching the game abroad.
In the United States, the match will be broadcast live on streaming service Peacock. Peacock offers two Premium plans: an ad-supported plan for $11 a month and an ad-free Premium Plus plan for $17 a month.
For our Canadian fans, Fubo has exclusive rights to stream all EPL games, including this one. Fubo costs CA$27 for the first month, then CA$31.50 a month from then on.
If you're traveling in Australia, Stan Sport has exclusive rights to stream all EPL games. Stan Sport currently offers a seven-day free trial, and the service costs AU$20 a month (on top of a Stan subscription, which starts at AU$12).
If you're unable to access these services due to geoblocking while in the UK, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) can enhance your privacy and security when streaming. ExpressVPN is currently considered the best VPN for streaming and normally costs $13 a month, but with an annual subscription for $100, you get three months free and save 49%, making it equivalent to $6.67 a month.
When using a VPN, your experience may vary due to four variables. To ensure you're connected to the correct location, use the "search for city or country" option if your desired location is not a default option for ExpressVPN.
It's important to note that when logging into your services, using a privacy-first browser like Brave is recommended to avoid location leaks.
If you're having trouble getting the game after using a VPN, make sure the address registered for your streaming service account is in the correct viewing area. Consider installing the VPN on your router or mobile hotspot for a smoother streaming experience, especially when verifying codes or clicking links for smart TV services.
Kickoff is set for 3 p.m. BST, 10 a.m. ET or 7 a.m. PT in the US and Canada, and 12 a.m. AEST in Australia.
So, grab your popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the EPL action, no matter where you are in the world!
