Luxury hospitality undergoes a transformation with the introduction of the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

The Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is set to open its doors in May 2020, marking a new chapter in luxury hospitality in the city. This ambitious project is a partnership between Kempinski Hotels and Siam Sindhorn Company Limited, who previously collaborated on another successful venture in Thailand.

Located within the Sindhorn Village in the Langsuan neighborhood, the hotel is nestled near Lumphini Park, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The hotel's design seamlessly blends with the surrounding tropical garden and eclectic pathways, creating a harmonious fusion of nature and luxury.

The hotel boasts 258 guestrooms, each featuring authentic Thai elements such as the Phudtan motif, Benjarong ceramics, and patterns from the Rajabopit temple. Room sizes start at an impressive 66 sq m, making it the largest lead-in room category in the city.

For dining, the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok offers a diverse culinary experience with four distinct concepts. Firefly Bar offers epicurean delights, fine spirits, and a quaint garden terrace to admire the night sky. Flourish restaurant provides a garden-view dining experience with an all-day menu featuring Thai, European, Mediterranean, Asian, and vegan cuisine. Flow, located on the 9th floor, offers a unique plant-based dining experience created by Chef Eric Lecras. The Lobby Lounge provides warm and welcoming surroundings for afternoon tea or relaxed business meetings.

Fitness enthusiasts will find a variety of workout studios, including a live and virtual cycle studio, HIIT studio, yoga studios, and a Pilates studio.

The hotel's pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the spa, Sindhorn Wellness by Resense. This wellness concept offers a bespoke collection of treatments and advanced therapies focused on detoxification, rejuvenation, and prevention. The spa features 26 treatment rooms, including private suites, and offers a unique thermal journey with various facilities like bio and salt saunas, a cold chamber, aroma steamroom, Rasul mud room, and a tepidarium lounge.

Outdoor event spaces are available in the lush hotel garden, ideal for cocktail receptions and dinner under the stars. The hotel also offers flexible event spaces suitable for 10 to 180 persons.

Chalaluck Bunnag, Managing Director of Siam Sindhorn Company Limited, is pleased with the partnership, while Michael Henssler, COO of Asia for Kempinski Hotels, anticipates enhancing the guest experience. Martin R. Smura, CEO of Kempinski Hotels, expresses enthusiasm for the project.

The icing on the cake is the hotel's 25-metre saltwater infinity pool, offering a stunning view of the Bangkok skyline. The Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok promises to be a beacon of luxury and elegance in the heart of the city.
