**Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas Undergoes $200 Million Transformation**
Green Valley Ranch Resort, a popular destination in suburban Las Vegas, is undergoing a comprehensive, property-wide renovation, with a focus on modernizing its guest rooms, suites, and convention spaces. The project, estimated to cost approximately $200 million, aims to elevate the guest experience and event capabilities at the resort.
The renovation, guided by a design by Station Casinos' in-house team in partnership with Avenue Interior Design, will see nearly 500 rooms and suites across the resort undergo a full redesign. The West Tower renovation is set to be completed in the fall of this year, with the full room and suite overhaul scheduled to finish in 2026.
The renovated rooms and suites will feature luxury design attributes, such as stone surfaces, Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, LED vanity mirrors, smart TVs, Nespresso machines, and plush robes. The West Tower's Penthouse, a 2,790-square-foot two-bedroom suite, offers an 180-degree view of the Strip. One-bedroom Patio Suites boast a foyer, living area, walk-around bar, and dining accommodations for entertaining.
The executive suites, numbering sixteen, offer an adjoining sitting area, pool-view balconies, or vineyard-facing patios. Some suites will offer personalized butler service. The Patio Suites offer a private patio connecting the living room to the bedroom, providing views of the resort's pool area and the Las Vegas skyline.
In addition to the room renovations, the resort’s meeting and convention spaces are also set for an upgrade. These improvements will occur in phases through 2026. The property offers a substantial amount of meeting and event space, about 477,000 sq. ft., designed to cater to large-scale events.
Further announcements regarding the renovation of the resort's meeting and convention spaces will be made in the coming months. The East Tower and South Lobby renovation will be completed in 2026, marking the end of this extensive transformation.
