Yesterday afternoon, a traffic accident occurred in Niederschoeneweide, Berlin, resulting in a 20-year-old woman being hospitalised with head injuries.

The incident took place near Spree, specifically just past Rudower Straße, at around 5:10 PM. The pedestrian was crossing the street from the left at a nearby pedestrian crossing when she was hit by a 74-year-old man driving a VW.

The woman was thrown to the ground and sustained head injuries. Emergency services quickly responded and took her to a hospital for further treatment. The condition of the pedestrian in the hospital is not mentioned in the article.

The 74-year-old man driving the VW was also taken to a hospital for further questioning.
