In the vibrant world of Donkey Kong Bananza, navigation and exploration are key to uncovering hidden treasures and progressing through the game. Here's a rundown of some helpful features that will aid you on your adventure.

Firstly, fast travel is made easy with the ability to warp to any blue Checkpoint, Warp Gong, or Getaway icon. To do this, simply open your map, select your destination, and hit the A Button. This quick method of travel will save you time and effort as you traverse the various layers.

Donkey Kong is equipped with a unique skill called Hand Slap, which can be used to detect points of interest using sonar. This comes in handy when searching for secret Courses, Banandium Gems, treasure chests, and other hidden items.

Warp Gongs have an additional function, as they can call a massive Eelavator to take you to previous layers that you've already visited. This is a useful feature for backtracking and revisiting areas you may have missed.

For those keeping track of their collected treasures, you can view the stats for Banandium Gems and Fossils, along with all your Smashin' Stats, by going to your map and pressing the Y Button. This will provide you with a summary of your progress and the items you've found.

Marking your target is another useful feature, which can be done by opening your map, selecting your destination, and setting a marker. This will help you keep track of your objectives and make navigating to them easier.

Whistling plays a significant role in the game, as it can be used to find the next story quest or the location of treasure with a map. Whistling and treasure maps can be especially useful for finding hidden areas or caves that may contain additional treasures.

Treasure chests are a common find in Donkey Kong Bananza, containing in-game gold, Red Balloons, maps to Banandium Gems and Fossils, and other useful items. Be sure to open every chest you come across to maximise your rewards.

Lastly, in co-op mode, players can control Pauline, who assists with singing-based abilities and transformation triggers. This adds an extra layer of fun and strategy to the game, as you and your partner work together to overcome challenges and uncover hidden secrets.

If you find yourself stuck or in a difficult situation, you can reset the terrain of your current layer by going to your map and pressing the + Button. This will fill in holes and plop you back at your last save point, giving you a fresh start.

With these tools at your disposal, you're now well-equipped to embark on your adventure in Donkey Kong Bananza and uncover all the secrets the game has to offer. Happy exploring!
