The British luxury sports car manufacturer McLaren has unveiled the latest addition to their lineup - the 2019 McLaren 720S Spider. This open-top supercar promises a unique blend of everyday usability, high-speed performance, and an immersive driving experience.

At the heart of the 2019 McLaren 720S Spider is a ten percent more powerful engine compared to its predecessor. The twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 engine produces an impressive 710 PS (704 bhp) and 770 Nm (568 lb-ft) of torque, propelling the car from 0-62 mph in just 2.9 seconds. Yet, Ian Digman, Product Manager for the new Spider, assures that the car can be driven at a leisurely pace without feeling rushed.

One of the key improvements in the 2019 McLaren 720S Spider is its enhanced ride comfort on poor roads. The adaptive suspension, which is faster than before, absorbs bumps and irregularities, making the driving experience smoother.

The new Spider also provides a more emotional driving experience compared to the coupe, thanks to the open-top design and the unfiltered, immersive sound experience delivered by the engine. The car's aerodynamics have also been improved, ensuring stability at high speeds.

Passengers will appreciate the increased space and improved everyday usability. The 2019 McLaren 720S Spider offers more space for passengers, and the cargo volume has been increased. There are 150 liters of space in the front and 58 liters in the convertible compartment.

The 2019 McLaren 720S Spider also boasts advanced electronics and improved infotainment and assistance systems. The electronics are smarter, and the car offers a gimmick with a large window into the carbon fiber roof that can be darkened or brightened at the touch of a button.

The 2019 McLaren 720S Spider is now available as an open roadster, and it weighs only 49 kilograms more than the coupé. The car is priced from 280,000 euros and up. With its improved everyday usability, high-speed performance, and emotional driving experience, the 2019 McLaren 720S Spider is set to redefine the sports car experience.
