Media Giant MediaSense, Responsible for Major Media Campaigns, Has Been Bought Out
MediaSense Changes Hands, Expands Global Reach
In a significant move, the media advisory firm MediaSense has been acquired by private equity firm Apiary Capital LLP. Founded in 2009 by Andy Pearch and Graham Brown, MediaSense has grown to become a key player in the industry, regularly handling major brand media account reviews.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for MediaSense, which currently manages 45% of global revenues under review. This impressive figure is achieved through its two practices: the analytics practice and the Model & Partners practice. Last year alone, MediaSense managed over $15 billion of media expenditure, a testament to its success and growth.
With offices in the U.K., India, and the U.S., MediaSense is expanding its global reach. The firm is currently working on pitches with notable companies such as Dyson, Just Eat, and Bayer.
Apiary Capital LLP's stake in MediaSense is set to further propel the firm's growth. The private equity firm's investment underscores the confidence in MediaSense's ability to deliver strategic media advice and drive results for its clients.
Despite the change in ownership, the roots of MediaSense remain firmly in 2009, when it was founded. The partner company, Model & Partners, was also established in that year, but as of now, there are no search results specifying any person or institution currently holding a significant stake in Model & Partners.
As MediaSense moves forward under its new ownership, it continues to provide invaluable insights and strategic advice to its clients, helping them navigate the complex media landscape and achieve their business goals.
