Music group Coloura is scheduled to launch their first album on August 22nd.
Cebu-based pop rock band Coloura is set to release their first full-length album on Aug. 22, 2025. Titled "Coloura," the new album promises to be a more mature and consistent body of work by the band.
The album consists of 13 tracks, shaped by personal experiences, including friendships, fleeting romances, and moments of youth. Some of the singles from the album that were released earlier this year include "At 25, somebody told me that I looked like a young Pete Wentz," "Only Connection," "GF," and "2016."
Coloura has steadily built a following in the Cebu music scene, having first introduced themselves through two extended plays - "In Between" in 2022 and "Love and Influence" in 2023. The band's sound has developed over several years, and the new album represents a clearer direction in their music.
Jake Russell Relacion and Robert Michael Lim handled production duties for the album, while Luigi Miguel Balazo and Nevermnd Studios completed mastering for the album. Alden John Panes designed the album art for "Coloura."
To celebrate the release of their debut album, Coloura will host a listening party on Aug. 22 at Filla Killa Shop in Cebu City. The event will be open to the public and will include giveaways and raffle prizes for attendees.
The album release show will follow on Aug. 30 at From Here, Cebu. The show will feature Coloura and local favorites including monopolice, Sansette, Elemino & Doeza, and Siatro, who will deliver a DJ set.
The album will be available on all major streaming platforms, giving fans around the world the opportunity to listen to Coloura's debut album. With its catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics, "Coloura" is sure to be a hit among pop rock fans.
