Netflix invites spectators to immerse themselves within the narrative
Netflix is set to revolutionise the entertainment landscape with the launch of its permanent entertainment venues, named Netflix House. These venues, which will occupy more than 100,000 square feet of former department store space, are set to open in Q4 2025 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Galleria Dallas.
The company has chosen these locations for their high foot traffic and proximity to major cities. Philadelphia will also be selected alongside King of Prussia as a location for a Netflix House entertainment centre.
The exterior of these venues will showcase sculptures and murals featuring characters from Netflix productions, promising a visually stunning experience for visitors. Inside, fans can expect a variety of interactive experiences inspired by shows such as Bridgerton and Squid Game.
Netflix House is building on the company's previous success with temporary experiential attractions for shows including Money Heist and Stranger Things. The venues will not be temporary, but permanent entertainment destinations, offering dining and retail options, as well as unique food and drink offerings inspired by Netflix series and films.
Retail spaces selling official Netflix merchandise will be present, allowing fans to take a piece of their favourite shows home with them. Restaurants serving Netflix show-inspired cuisine will also be available, adding another layer of immersion to the experience.
Marian Lee, Netflix's chief marketing officer, stated that at Netflix House, fans can enjoy immersive experiences, shop, and taste their favourite Netflix series and films through unique food and drink offerings. Each Netflix House location will be unique and offer ever-changing, unexpected experiences.
Netflix House represents the next generation of Netflix's distinctive offerings. The company has launched a dedicated Netflix House website, where fans can stay updated on the latest news and developments.
With Netflix House, the streaming giant is bringing popular Netflix shows and films to life through interactive experiences, offering fans a new way to engage with their favourite content. The venues will bring Netflix's beloved stories to life in new, ever-changing, and unexpected ways.
