New Hampshire Lottery to receive comprehensive iLottery services from NeoGame
The New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC) has announced a new partnership with NeoGames, a leading provider of iLottery solutions, marking a significant step forward in the mission to maximize revenue for New Hampshire public schools.
Under the seven-year agreement, beginning July 1, 2025, NeoGames will become the sole provider of NHLC's iLottery program. This partnership aims to significantly boost player engagement and reinforce New Hampshire's reputation as a leading lottery in North America.
The iLottery solution provided by NeoGames includes player account management (PAM), NeoSphere®, NeoDraw® for sales of draw-based games, einstant games from NeoGames Studio, and engaging content from Wizard® Games. NeoGames will also deliver a new website, a mobile application, and a loyalty program to the NHLC in partnership with Gambyt.
Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director at New Hampshire Lottery, expressed his pleasure at continuing the journey with NeoGames. NeoGames' iLottery solution leads the U.S. market, holding an estimated 70% of the iLottery gross wager market share. The company anticipates playing a significant role in making the digital offering personalized and catering to the evolving iLottery marketplace and players' needs.
The top four per capita U.S. iLottery states of New Hampshire, Michigan, Virginia, and North Carolina will all continue to be on NeoGames' platform. The partnership between the New Hampshire Lottery and NeoGames also includes marketing services from the NeoEngage® customer engagement solution.
Since 2018, NeoGames has provided the NHLC's iLottery platform, games, and various services through its Joint Venture NeoPollard Interactive (NPi). The new contract aims to enhance the digital offering of the New Hampshire Lottery, with the goal of making it more engaging and accessible for players.
