Royal Enfield Expands 'Wingman' Connectivity Feature to Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450

Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle brand, has extended its 'Wingman' connected vehicle feature to two new models - the Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450. This move marks a significant step in the company's digital transformation journey.

The Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450, priced at ₹2.90 lakh and ₹3.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Tamil Nadu), respectively, are now equipped with the 'Wingman' feature, following the successful introduction on the Super Meteor 650. With this addition, the number of 'Wingman' compatible Royal Enfield (RE) bikes has increased to three.

The 'Wingman' feature, available as an add-on accessory, can be activated by a telematic hardware device. This device provides real-time information about the bike's health, ensuring riders are always informed. The hardware device can be purchased through the configurator app.

Riders can access the 'Wingman' feature's information using the RE app, which is compatible with Android and iOS devices. The feature includes Live Tracking and Last Parked location, providing peace of mind for both the rider and the owner.

In addition to the Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450, the 'Wingman' connectivity feature is now available on the Royal Enfield Himalayan and Meteor 350 models. The additional accessory costs around ₹15,000 Indian Rupees.

Royal Enfield's commitment to its riders doesn't end on the road. With the 'Wingman' feature, riders will receive 24x7 backend support from Royal Enfield's GRID team. This support ensures that riders can enjoy their ride without worrying about their bike's health.

As Royal Enfield continues to innovate and evolve, the 'Wingman' connected vehicle feature is a testament to the brand's commitment to its riders and their safety. Whether it's the rugged Himalayan 450, the agile Guerrilla 450, or the iconic Himalayan and Meteor 350 models, Royal Enfield riders can now ride with confidence, knowing that their bike is always connected.
