New Neighborhood Planned for Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Frankfurt am Main
A new neighbourhood is set to be developed at Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The project, managed by developer AOC, will span approximately 18,000 square meters and include both residential and commercial spaces.
According to the plans, the new neighbourhood will feature around 70 apartments. Office spaces are also included in the development. Construction approval has been granted for the project, and it is expected to commence next year.
The exact timeline for the development is yet to be confirmed, but it is anticipated to be completed by 2027. The current mayor of Frankfurt am Main, overseeing the project, is Peter Feldmann, as of the 2012 election information available.
