Las Vegas' Resorts World Hires Jennifer Roberts as Chief Compliance Officer
Announcing a key appointment, Resorts World Las Vegas shares the news that Jennifer Roberts steps into the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Roberts, an accomplished gaming law expert, will lead a range of compliance initiatives for the renowned casino, encompassing both regulatory and internal policies.

Roberts' mission is to establish a strong, robust, and world-class compliance program, ensuring adherence to a variety of regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), responsible gaming, and technical compliance.
In her previous position as Vice President and General Counsel at WynnBET—a renowned mobile sports betting and iGaming operator—she gained valuable experience by implementing comprehensive reporting systems across multiple jurisdictions. Before that, she served as Director of Sports Gaming Regulation for the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation, where she helped shape early sports betting regulations in the state.
Further, Roberts held esteemed roles at the International Center for Gaming Regulation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she spearheaded the development of compliance curricula and provided strategic guidance on regulatory frameworks.
As a CCO at Resorts World Las Vegas, Roberts will guide the organization's compliance strategies, steer the design, development, and implementation of programs and policies. Moreover, she'll aim to identify and manage compliance risks, conduct operational assessments, and ensure diligent ongoing testing and monitoring to keep the resort's standards at the highest level.

Roberts also offers expertise in gaming law, having founded her own firm, Roberts Gaming Law, Ltd. In addition, she has experience as an adjunct professor at both UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, from which she holds a J.D.
