In television, he appeared in series like "Der Alte", "Munich Stories", "Polizeiruf 110", "Die Schwarzwaldklinik", "Derrick", and "Commissario Laurenti".
One of Brauss's most famous roles was that of police officer Richard Block in the ARD series "Großstadtrevier". Over the course of his career, he appeared in over 100 productions.
