In a series of events that unfolded this week, several incidents have been reported in and around the town of Aalen, as announced by the Police Headquarters Aalen via news aktuell.

On Wednesday, a traffic accident occurred on the L2033 near Härtsfeldsee at around 11:25. The incident involved a 64-year-old Mercedes driver who lost two pairs of trailer wheels, causing damage to three following vehicles. Another truck driver, aged 61, was involved in the collision but managed to avoid a direct hit by swerving right. However, the 61-year-old's vehicle scraped the guardrail during the attempt to avoid the collision. The total damage from this accident is estimated to be around 3500 euros.

In a separate incident on BAB7, around 13:45, the same day, a 70-year-old truck driver sustained slight injuries. A hit-and-run incident is suspected, with the estimated damage being approximately 1000 euros. Witnesses to this incident are encouraged to contact the Aalen police station at 07361/5240.

Unfortunately, another incident occurred in Durlangen on Wednesday, around 23:15, in Hermann-Löns-Weg. A 30-year-old man assaulted police officers, causing one officer to sustain slight injuries. The man was resistant and spat in the direction of the officers.

In a more concerning development, graffiti containing a swastika was discovered on a recycling container in Volkmarsweg, Aalen. Witnesses to the defacement are asked to contact the Aalen police station at 07361/5240.
